FOUNDER :  Kerri Dann

Kerri is Australian, married to an English man with no children. However, she has 3 boxer dogs and one cat. She has lived as an expat for over 17 years in the Middle East and Switzerland. Kerri loves to chat and has a genuine attitude towards others well being.

Hobbies: walking her dogs, bike riding, golf with any beginners, talking, hiking, skiing and basic chit chatting with friends.

TENNIS SUB GROUP MANAGER :  Rowena Mullins

Rowena is originally from Ireland married to a lovely Dutch man who is also Golf Pro.    She has lived overseas mainly her entire life and is fluent in English, German and Dutch.  She is a Financial Director for a local Fribourg Company.  Rowena loves life and enjoys experiencing different cultures and and making new friends. 

Hobbies: bike riding, walking, hiking, snow boarding, tennis and basically anything out doors. 

MUM'S COFFEE MORNING SUB GROUP MANAGERS :    Sophie and Marti

Sophie is originally from France and is married to a Swiss gentleman.   She has 4 wonderful children and loves meeting new people from different parts of the world.  Sophie speaks fluent French and English.  She is also a Certified Beauty Therapist and Freelances around Fribourg. 

Marti is an American residing in Switzerland, with her husband and her two sons.  She has a lovely outgoing personality and loves to do anything outdoors with her children.  

Hobbies: Golf, hiking, anything outdoors were here children can have loads of fun.

BOOK CLUB SUB GROUP MANAGER - Emily

Emily is a fellow Ozzy living in Fribourg with her husband and her 9month old daughter.  Emily is very bubbly and has experience in IT and also attends the morning coffee mum's meetings.  

PRODUCER / EDITOR OF CHEW THE CHEESE - Deirdre

Deidre is one of our "Super Mums".  Deidre is Canadian and married to a lovely Swiss man. She has two gorgeous boys with another one on the way. Every two months Deidre and I put together our fantastic F.E.W Group Magazine called "Chew the Cheese" - it's def worth a read !!

BOWLING GROUP SUB MANAGER - Irma

Irma is from South Africa and works full time in a Multi-national Company.  She is our Bowling Sub group manager and takes the girls / guys out for a fun night in the lanes every month. 

WHAT WE AIM TO DO:

Our groups main aim is to unite women who are living in the surrounding areas of Fribourg.  We offer the ability for new comers to meet existing members so they can share and swap information plus experiences, whilst making and building new friendships in a new country.

We offer a variety of weekly dinner dates, coffee mornings and excursions in and around Switzerland.

Most of our members are either career women, homemakers or ladies who are experiencing new challenges in their live: whether that be learning a new language or just trying to fit into a new society. 

Basically, Fribourg Expat Woman's Group is for women who would like to meet new friends.
